1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and food safety standards, opened or tampered food products cannot be returned.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

- Include your order ID, a brief description, and clear photos of the product.
- Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund within 5–7 working days.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed items.
- Items bought during clearance sales or special discounts.
