  • Due to hygiene and food safety standards, opened or tampered food products cannot be returned.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Include your order ID, a brief description, and clear photos of the product.
  • Once verified, we will issue a replacement or full refund within 5–7 working days.

3. Refunds
